Hospice Volunteers Needed

Published January 17th, 2014 by Candy Taylor

Hi, I am a social worker at Northfield Hospital’s Hospice. We are always in need of volunteers for our patients. After training and a background check they can do visits with patients, reading, talking, small errands, helping write letters, sometimes giving a short break for the caregiver/family. We also need people that have musical backgrounds, instruments and/or vocal.  Our volunteers report a lot of satisfaction in what they do. Please e-mail or call 507-646-1037 for more information.

Thank you,

Sue Warring, MSW
